Shipping Policies:

  • We ship through the reputed agencies to make sure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and Contact our Customer Care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners:

  • We use BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, EcomXpress, and sometimes Indian Post to your location as per the availability of the service.
  • We always make sure that your order is delivered via the fastest mode of shipping available.
  • We also ship to remote locations via India Post(EMS) on special requests by the customer. However, it is completely dependent on EMS to accept the package as goods may get damaged in transit by EMS.

Shipping  / Delivery Time:

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • Orders placed before 11.00 AM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Shipments through BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, EcomXpress, if created before 11:00 AM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-8 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable. It will completely depend upon the courier service to deliver the parcels on time. In case of any delays due to a third-party carrier, RoboComp will not be responsible for your losses, if any.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will get the estimate delivery date so that you can check the updated status accordingly
  • Please plan your order giving us sufficient time to make sure it reaches on time.

Guarantee/Warranty:

  • All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 7 Days to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.
  • Return/refund – Item can be returned within 7 days and if refund is accepted it will be processed within 7-10 days.
  • If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product.
  • We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.
  • Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
  • To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.
  • If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

100% Refund/Replacement:

  • We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc. we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue a replacement or refund for the product.
  • Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason.
  • Refund will be provided for the Product only. Shipping charges is not refundable. Replacement or refund can be provided only after getting the product back to our Location.
  • If order is prepaid and customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
  • Due to any reason, If return Pickup from customer is failed or not available than customer need to send product to the our location to avail refund or replacement. Shipping charges for the return product needs to be paid by customer only.

Changing or Canceling an Order:

  • Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us ( by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request.
  • Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be alterd or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer. It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.
  • Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. RoboComp reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

Limits Of Responsibility:

  • We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
