This Privacy Policy applies to the Smart Water Level Controller app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by RoboComp Technology (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. This information may include details such as:

- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not collect any sensitive personal data such as name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or files unless you voluntarily provide such information while contacting us for support or feedback. Any information you voluntarily provide is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with anyone.
Advertising ID
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. For this purpose, the Application may access your device’s Advertising ID (AAID). This identifier is used by Google to personalize ads, limit the number of times an ad is shown, and detect invalid activity.
The Application does not store, share, or sell the Advertising ID. It is processed only by Google AdMob in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
Wi-Fi and Device Connection
The Application connects directly to your Smart Water Level Controller device over a local Wi-Fi network to send and receive control commands and status updates. This communication happens only within your local network and is not transmitted to any external servers unless you choose to use optional cloud features.
No personal data or identifiable user information is collected or stored during Wi-Fi communication. Any Wi-Fi credentials you enter (such as SSID or password) are used only to establish a connection between your mobile device and the controller and are not shared, uploaded, or stored by the Service Provider.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and its performance. The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies, such as:

Advertising Types
The Application may display the following types of ads through Google AdMob:
• Banner Ads
• App-Open Ads
These ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect usage information as described in their respective privacy policies.
Third-Party SDKs
The Application uses the Google AdMob SDK for displaying banner ads, interstitial ads, and app-open ads. AdMob may collect certain device information such as:
• Advertising ID (AAID)
• IP address
• App usage data
• Device information (e.g., model, OS version)
This data collection is performed solely by Google AdMob for the purpose of delivering and optimizing advertisements. The Application does not collect or store this information independently.
Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose information:

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter.

Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If such data is found to have been provided, it will be immediately deleted.

Security
The Service Provider values your trust in providing your information and strives to use acceptable means of protecting it. Appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are maintained to protect user data.
