These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Smart Water Level Controller mobile application (the “App”) provided by RoboComp Technology (the “Service Provider”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Use of the Application
The App is designed to monitor and control Smart Water Level Controller devices via Wi-Fi connection.
You agree to use the App responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring correct wiring, hardware setup, and safe use of the connected devices.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any hardware malfunction, damage, or data loss resulting from improper use of the App or connected devices.
3. License
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device solely for controlling and monitoring compatible water level controller hardware.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App’s source code.
- Use the App for illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes.
- Distribute or resell the App without written permission from the Service Provider.
5. Wi-Fi and Connectivity
The App communicates locally over Wi-Fi to the controller device.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network are configured securely.
The Service Provider is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from insecure Wi-Fi networks or hardware modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “AS IS” and without any warranties.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or operate without interruption.
In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or hardware controlled by it.
7. Safety Notice
When connecting or configuring hardware such as water pumps or electrical circuits, ensure safety precautions are followed.
If unsure, seek professional assistance.
The Service Provider is not responsible for accidents, electrical damage, or injuries caused by improper installation.
8. Updates and Modifications
The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the application.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
